Preserve the Ferrari Dream

The fascination with Ferrari remains unbroken, and demand is correspondingly high. New cars always offer the well-known and proven Ferrari quality. But what about purchasing pre-owned vehicles? Customers rightly have high expectations here, too.

With Ferrari Approved, Ferrari has developed a seal of quality for vehicles up to 14 years old that certifies the vehicles' excellent quality. It comprises a 201-point check carried out exclusively by specially trained Ferrari technicians. Not only is the vehicle itself meticulously inspected for condition and quality, from the electronics to the bodywork, but a test drive is also part of the inspection. The new owner can also be assured of a complete history of origin and maintenance. Warranty claims associated with the certificate, as well as the Ferrari mobility service, provide additional security. Ferrari also offers corresponding warranties and services for older vehicles, certifying quality and including after-sales services.

If certain requirements are met, even Ferraris purchased outside of the network can receive an official warranty. These include, among other things, that the vehicle has not traveled more than 90,000 kilometers and is no more than 15 years old. The Ferrari must be unaltered and damage-free. If any damage is discovered during the inspection, it must be repaired. As with the Ferrari Approved certification, the checks before the warranty is issued are performed exclusively by Ferrari-certified technicians. Different warranties may apply depending on the vehicle's age. Maintenance services and mobility services in some countries are also included as part of the warranty.

In addition to the security provided to vehicle owners, there's another good reason to purchase official Ferrari warranties: the increase in vehicle value. A warranty is tied to the vehicle and thus offers real added value to the buyer. It certifies the vehicle's excellent condition, which supports its monetary value in price negotiations.
